昆钢6号高炉(2 000 m3)开炉3年以后发生了严重的风口上翘现象,给高炉生产造成较大影响。通过研究分析,确认Zn在风口组合砖内的富集、膨胀是造成风口上翘的主要原因。Zn对风口砖衬的破坏行为是随着Zn的侵入、富集和膨胀,使砖体组织结构由致密转变为疏松,然后逐步形成斑状→条纹状→沟槽状→矿脉状→肿瘤状的侵蚀通道,直至砖体破裂。研究发现了K、Na、Zn、Pb等有害元素进入风口砖衬顺序为K、Na、Zn、最后是Pb,并观察到Zn在砖衬内部的结晶发育过程。
Tuyeres of No. 6 blast furnace(2000 m^3) at Kunming iron and steel company tilted upwards after three years of operation, which impacted on the production of blast furnace. It was clarified that the main factor enrichment and expansion of zinc in tuyere bricks. The structure of tuyere bricks turn from dense to loosen with zinc penetration and expansion making an erosion passage from spot-like to stripe-like, to ditch-like to vein-like and finally to tumor-like. The research found that the sequence of penetration of elements, such as K, Na, Zn and Pb into refractories is K, Na, Zn and Pb. The crystallization and growth of Zn deposit in refractories was recorded too.
