基于RSM-BBD优化塔磨机新生成中间易选粒级利用系数的研究

Research on Optimization of Utilization Coefficient of Newly Generated Intermediate Easily Separable Size Fractions in a Tower Mill Based on RSM-BBD

摘要 为了提高磨矿效率及磨机处理能力,针对塔磨机利用效率低的问题,采用单因素条件试验和响应曲面法进行了介质充填率、料球比及螺旋搅拌器转速对新生成中间易选粒级利用系数的影响研究。研究结果表明:单因素条件下的最优介质充填率为70%、料球比为0.2和转速为350 r/min,新生成中间易选粒级的利用系数为0.573 t/m^(3)·h;响应曲面法优化后的介质充填率为67.78%、料球比为0.166和转速为383.24 r/min,所得新生成中间易选粒级利用系数为0.61 t/m^(3)·h,响应曲面法优化后的利用系数的实际值与模拟值贴近。基于响应曲面法确定最佳的操作参数得出的新生成中间易选粒级利用系数比单因素条件试验获得的结果相对提高了6.46%,塔磨机处理能力得到显著提升。 In order to improve grinding efficiency and mill processing capacity,and address the issue of low utilization efficiency in tower mills,single-factor conditional tests and response surface methodology(RSM)are employed to study the effects of media filling rate,material-to-ball ratio,and spiral agitator speed on the utilization coefficient of newly generated intermediate easily separable size fractions.The results indicate that under single-factor conditions,the optimal parameters are a media filling rate of 70%,a material-to-ball ratio of 0.2,and a rotational speed of 350 r/min,yielding a utilization coefficient of newly generated intermediate easily separable size fractions of 0.573 t/m^(3)·h.After optimization using RSM,the parameters are a media filling rate of 67.78%,a material-to-ball ratio of 0.166,and a rotational speed of 383.24 r/min,resulting in a utilization coefficient of newly generated intermediate easily separable size fractions of 0.61 t/m^(3)·h.The actual value of the utilization coefficient after RSM optimization closely matches the simulated value.Compared to the results obtained from single-factor conditional tests,the utilization coefficient determined based on the optimal operational parameters derived from RSM shows a relative increase of 6.46%,indicating a significant improvement in the tower mill's processing capacity.
