进口磁铁矿制备超纯铁精矿的工艺试验 被引量:1

Process test on preparation of ultra-pure iron concentrate from imported magnetite

摘要 针对超纯铁精矿制备工艺条件复杂、生产成本高的不利因素以及我国铁矿资源“贫、细、杂”等禀赋缺陷,本文以智利某磁铁矿为原料,探究采用进口铁矿生产超纯铁精矿的工艺流程,并进行单一磁选及磁-浮联合工艺试验;通过磨矿细度试验与选矿工艺优化,系统探究超纯铁精矿的高效制备途径。结果表明:在原矿磨矿细度(<0.045 mm粒级质量分数)为97.88%的条件下,经“一粗一精”弱磁选工艺可得到TFe质量分数为71.00%、回收率为93.60%的铁精矿;采用“一粗二精”的反浮选工艺,最终可获得TFe质量分数为71.78%、回收率为60.93%的超纯铁精矿,其SiO 2质量分数降低至0.272%;浮选尾矿的TFe质量分数达69.11%,可作为普通精铁矿使用。因进口高品位铁矿杂质含量低、嵌布特征简单,采用简化后的选矿流程,可提升工艺流程的综合效益,并制备出高品位、较高回收率的超纯铁精矿。本文试验旨在降低超纯铁精矿制备成本、优化制备工艺,为国内钢铁企业生产高附加值产品提供参考与依据。 In view of the unfavorable factors of complex preparation process conditions and high production cost of ultrapure iron concentrate and the endowment defects of iron ore resources in China,a magnetite in Chile is taken as raw material to explore the process flow of producing ultrapure iron concentrate from imported iron ore,and carry out single magnetic separation and magnetic-levitation combined process tests.Through the grinding fineness test and the optimization of the beneficiation process,the efficient preparation of ultrapure iron concentrate is systematically explored.The results show that under the condition that the grinding fineness of the raw ore is<0.045 mm and the particle fraction is 97.88%,the iron ore concentrate with TFe mass fraction of 71.00%and recovery rate of 93.60%can be obtained by the weak magnetic separation process of“one coarse and one fine”.The ultrapure iron concentrate with TFe mass fraction of 71.78%and recovery rate of 60.93%can be obtained by using the anti-flotation process of“one coarse and two fine”,and its SiO 2 mass fraction is reduced to 0.272%.The TFe mass fraction of flotation tailings is 69.11%,which can be used as ordinary iron concentrate.Due to the low impurity content and simple embedding characteristics of imported high-grade iron ore,the simplified beneficiation process can be used to improve the comprehensive benefits of the process and prepare high-grade ultra-pure iron concentrate with high recovery rate.The purpose of this experiment is to reduce the preparation cost of ultrapure iron concentrate and optimize the preparation process,so as to provide a reference and basis for domestic iron and steel enterprises to produce high value-added products.
