摘要
后疫情时代推动高校治理的数字化转型,数字治理对高职院校学生党建工作提出了新要求。对近四年高职院校学生党员发展质量现状进行分析,通过问卷调查、实地访谈等形式,对高职院校学生党员教育管理等进行实证研究,从大数据赋能角度出发,探索高职院校学生党员高质量发展路径,以期实现高职院校学生党建工作的提质增效。
The post-epidemic era has promoted the digital transformation of university governance, and digital governance has put forward new requirements for the party construction of students in higher vocational colleges. Through the analysis of the quality status quo of the development of student party members in higher vocational colleges in the past four years, through questionnaires, field interviews and other forms, this paper conducts an empirical study on the education and management of student party members in higher vocational colleges, and explores the high-quality development path of student party members in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of big data empowerment, so as to achieve the improvement of quality and efficiency of student party construction in higher vocational colleges.
