摘要
中国特色社会主义进入新时代,要求基层党建工作必须努力开创“强起来”的新局面。创新学生党建工作是加强高校基层党组织建设的重要内容,是新时代党的建设质量提升的基础工程。新时代基层党组织从切实提高学生党建工作的政治站位、不断更新学生党建工作的理念方式、着力加强学生党建工作队伍建设三个层面构建高效、协调、可持续发展的全员育人机制,为提升人才培养质量提供借鉴。
Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and it is necessary to work hard to create a new situation of"strengthening".Innovative student party building is an important part of strengthening the construction of grassroots party organizations in colleges and universities,and is the basic project for improving the quality of party building in the new era.In the new era,the grassroots party organizations have built a highly efficient,coordinated and sustainable development mechanism for all employees,from the practical improvement of the political position of the party building work of students,the continually updating the concept of the student party building work,and the efforts to strengthen the construction of the party building work team.Provide reference for improving the quality of talent training.
