摘要
选取需拔除的完整无龋人离体第3磨牙,随机分A、B、C组,分别采用全酸蚀粘结剂、二步法自酸蚀粘结剂和一步法自酸蚀粘结剂。考察各组牙本质粘接强度、牙齿镶嵌的密合性,分析各试件断裂类型,比较3种粘结剂对牙本质粘接强度及耐久性的影响。即刻、存储24 h、存储12个月时,A、B组牙本质粘接强度高于C组,牙本质微渗漏情况低于C组(P<0.05),A、B组组间差异不显著;各组存储24 h、存储12个月后牙本质粘接强度和牙本质微渗漏情况较即刻降低(P<0.05);各组存储12个月牙本质粘接强度较存储24 h时降低(P<0.05),A、B组存储12个月牙本质微渗漏较存储24 h时降低,且A组低于B组(P<0.05)。即刻、存储24 h、存储12个月时,各组牙本质断裂主要为混合断裂,但不同存储时间牙本质断裂类型差异不显著(P>0.05)。全酸蚀粘结剂和二步法自酸蚀粘结剂对牙本质有较好粘接强度及耐久性优于一步法自酸蚀粘结剂,且随时间延长,其粘接强度逐渐降低;而全酸蚀粘接剂粘接强度及耐久性相对较好。
From March 2020 to March 2021,105 isolated third molars without caries were selected in our hospital and randomly divided into groups A,B and C with 35 teeth in each group.Three kinds of adhesives were used to pretreat dentin,including group A using total acid etching adhesive,group B using two-step self-acid etching adhesive and group C using one-step self-acid etching adhesive.The micro tensile strength was used to detect the dentine bonding strength of each group,the microleakage test was used to detect the tooth embedment density of each group and the fracture types of each specimen were analyzed.The effects of three kinds of adhesives on the bonding strength and durability of dentin were compared.After immediate storage,24 h storage and 12 months storage,the dentin bonding strength in groups A and B was higher than that in group C,and the dentin microleakage was lower than that in group C(P<0.05),but there was no difference between groups A and B(P>0.05).After 24 h and 12 months of storage,the dentin bonding strength and dentin microleakage were lower than those immediately stored(P<0.05).Compared with 24 h storage,the bonding strength after 12 months of storage in each group decreased(P<0.05),while the microleakage after 12 months of storage in groups A and B decreased compared with 24 h storage,and group A was lower than group B(P<0.05).At immediate,24 h and 12 months of storage,the dentin fracture was mainly mixed fracture among all groups,but there was no significant difference in dentin fracture types among all groups with different storage time(P>0.05).Total acid etching adhesives and two-step self-acid etching adhesives have better bonding strength and durability for dentin than one-step self-acid etching adhesives,and their bonding strength gradually decreases with the passage of time,while total acid etching adhesives have better bonding strength and durability.
