摘要
目的:探讨自酸蚀粘结剂联合复合树脂充填在乳牙龋齿修复中的应用效果.方法:选取2022年1月至2023年3月本院收治的78例乳牙龋齿患儿为研究对象.以随机数字表法,将其分为实验组(n=39,采用自酸蚀粘结剂联合复合树脂充填)和对照组(n=39采用全酸蚀粘结剂联合复合树脂充填).比较两组患儿乳牙龋齿修复操作时间、牙髓敏感度、充填物固位性及并发症发生情况.结果:实验组患儿乳牙龋齿修复操作时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);修复后3个月,实验组患儿牙髓敏感度优于对照组,实验组充填物固位性优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:相较于全酸蚀粘结剂,应用自酸蚀粘结剂联合复合树脂充填修复乳牙龋齿的操作时间短,修复后充填物固位性较高、牙髓敏感度更低,安全性良好.
Objective:To explore the application effect of self-etching adhesives combined with composite resin flling in the restoration of deciduous teeth caries.Methods:A total of 78 children with primary dental caries admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into experimental group(n=39,filled with self-etching adhesive combined with composite resin)and control group(n=39,flled with full etching adhesive combined with composite resin)using a random number table method.The repair operation time,pulp sensitivity,filling material retention,and incidence of complications were compared between two groups of pediatric patients.Results:The repair operation time of experimental group was shorter than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Three months after repair,the sensitivity of the dental pulp in experimental group was better than that in control group,and the retention of the filling material in experimental group was better than that in control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with full acid etching adhesive,the application of self-acid etching adhesive combined with composite resin filling for repairing dental cariesin deciduous teeth has a shorter operating time,higher retention of the filling material after repair,lower sensitivity of the dental pulp,and good safety.
