摘要
高校加强师德师风建设是落实高等教育立德树人根本任务的迫切需要,“三教改革”贯穿立德树人根本任务落实的全过程,“三教改革”成效反过来检验高校师德师风建设成效,成为新时代高等职业教育发展的重中之重。文章以襄阳职业技术学院公共课部为例,针对当前全国高校师德师风建设存在的普遍问题以及该校公共课部师德师风建设存在的短板瓶颈,努力探索“师德师风建设+三教改革”互融互促的八大有效路径以落实立德树人根本任务,形成的成果与经验可供其他高职院校参考与借鉴。
It is an urgent need for colleges to strengthen the construction of teachers′ethics and style to implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people in higher education.The"three education reform"runs through the whole process of the implementation of the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people.The results of the"three education reform"in turn test the effectiveness of the construction of teachers′ethics and style in colleges and universities,and become the top priority of the development of higher vocational education in the new era.Taking the Public Course Department of Xiangyang Polytechnic as an example,aiming at the common problems existing in the construction of teachers′ethics and style in colleges and universities across the country and the shortcomings and bottlenecks existing in the construction of teachers′ethics and style in the Public Course Department of Xiangyang Polytechnic,the article tries to explore eight effective paths of mutual integration and mutual promotion of teachers′ethics and style construction+three education reform"to implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people.The results and experience can be used for reference by other higher vocational colleges.
