摘要
教育科学研究涵盖理论生产和成果转化两个阶段,只有抓好从理论生产到成果应用转化的有机衔接,才能构成完整的教育科学理论再生产过程。创新理论,一要坚持问题导向,把握时代对教育事业发展提出的新要求;二要夯实学理支撑,构建具有中国特色的社会主义教育科学体系;三要注重经验集成,发现规律,形成学理。推进成果转化,一是转化为教案,应用于教学实践,为立德树人服务;二是转化为决策,抓准问题,阐明学理,提供具有可操作性的政策建议;三是转化为制度,对教育事业发展起到支撑和推动作用;四是转化为舆论,为教育事业科学发展营造良好的社会环境。
The educational scientific research covers the two stages of theory production and achievement transformation. Only when we do a good job of organic linking from theory production to achievement application transformation, can we make up a complete educational scientific theoretical process of reproduction. In order to innovate the theory, firstly, we should adhere to the problem orientation so as to master the new requirement for the development of educational cause suggested by the era. Secondly, we should consolidate the theoretical support so as to construct the socialist educational scientific system with Chinese characteristics. Thirdly, we should lay emphasis on experience integration so as to discover the law and form the scientific principle. In order to push forward the achievement transformation, firstly, we should transfer the achievement into teaching plan and apply to teaching practice so as to serve for morality education. Secondly, we should transfer the achievement into decision making so as to grasp sharp problems and clarify scientific principle, and provide operational policy suggestion. Thirdly, we should transfer the achievement into system so as to play supporting and promoting role in the development of educational cause. Fourthly, we should transfer the achievement into public opinion so as to create better social environment for the scientific development of educational cause.
