摘要
高校加强师德师风建设是落实高等教育立德树人根本任务的需要,是尊师重道历史传承的需要,是新时代的现实需要,也是回应社会关切的需要。“立德树人”背景下高校师德师风建设要以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,尊重把握教育规律,坚持聚焦重点内容,将传承与创新相结合落实在高校人才培养过程中。针对当前高校师德师风建设存在的问题,通过完善高校教师队伍理论学习制度,构建内外相结合的激励机制,建立多元师德师风监督机制,营造尊师重道社会氛围来形成顺应时代要求的高校师德师风建设长效机制。
Strengthening the construction of teachers'ethics and style in Colleges and universities is the need to implement the fundamental task of moral cultivation and talent cultivation in higher education,the need of historical inheritance of respecting teachers and respecting the way,the practical needs of the new era,and the need of responding to social concerns.Under the background of"moral education and moral cultivation",the construction of teachers'ethics in colleges and universities should be guided by Xi Jinping's new socialist ideology with China's characteristics,respecting the laws of education,insisting on focusing on key contents,and integrating inheritance and innovation in the process of talent training in colleges and universities.In view of the problems existing in the construction of teachers'ethics and style in colleges and universities,the long-term mechanism of teachers'ethics construction in colleges and universities is formed by improving the theoretical learning system of university teachers,constructing the incentive mechanism of combining internal and external,establishing the supervision mechanism of diversified teachers'ethics,and creating a social atmosphere of respecting and respecting teachers.
