基于混合式教学模式的高职商务英语专业模块化教学研究 被引量:6

摘要 在我国积极发展高质量外向型经济以及实施“一带一路”倡议等国家战略的过程中,高职商务英语专业持续为经济发展与民族复兴培养出了大批应用型外语人才。面临着疫情常态化,以及混合式教学的普及,高职商务英语专业将进一步推进模块化教学,提升教学质量。在从师资队伍结构﹑教材质量水平﹑学生基础知识和教学模式有效性四个方面分析了高职商务英语专业面临的挑战后,探讨了实施模块化教学的可操作性:教师提升信息素养的机会更多,教学方式更易接受,教学保障更有力。教师们主要根据商务英语专业课程体系的设置﹑教学进程安排﹑语言技能学习的特点对线上线下的教学内容进行模块化。针对目前的模块化教学实践,提出了四条建议:首先要优化商务英语教学教材,其次要平衡师资队伍结构,最后要建立多维教学评价系统以及开发模块化教学资源库。 In the process of China’s active development of high-quality export-oriented economy and the implementation of national strategies such as the “Belt and Road” Initiative, business English major in vocational colleges has always been training applied foreign language talents for economic development and national rejuvenation. Faced with the normalization of the epidemic and the popularity of blended teaching, business English major in higher vocational colleges will further promote blended teaching and improve teaching quality. After analyzing the challenges confronted by business English major in higher vocational colleges from four aspects: unbalanced structure of teaching staff, the low quality level of teaching materials, weak basic knowledge of students and the effectiveness of teaching mode, the feasibility of modular teaching is discussed in details: more opportunities for teachers to improve information literacy, more acceptance of teaching methods and more powerful teaching guarantee. Teachers modularize online and offline teaching content mainly according to the curriculum system setting, teaching process arrangement and the learning characteristics of language skills. Four suggestions are proposed towards the current modular teaching practice: on the basis of optimizing business English teaching materials and strengthening the construction of teaching staff, a multi-dimensional teaching evaluation system should be established and modular teaching resource corpus should be developed.
