摘要
针对CL60材质车轮在我国重载铁路服役的伤损特点,采用高C高Si合金化的技术思路,优化设计了两种重载车轮用新材质CL65、CL70。分析了CL65、CL70与CL60材质的化学成分及相变等特性,并通过一系列工业性试制实验及实物解剖,分析了3种车轮的力学性能、组织及摩擦磨损性能等差异。结果表明:新材质CL65、CL70重载车轮的综合性能明显优于常规CL60材质车轮的,具有更好的装车服役性能,适合我国重载货运铁路运输。
According to the damage characteristics of conventional CL60 wheels used in heavy-haul railways in China,two new materials CL65 and CL70 were designed by using the technical idea of high C and high Si alloying.The chemical composition and phase transformation characteristics of CL65,CL70 and CL60 wheels were analyzed.By a series of industrial tests and wheels dissection,the differences of the mechanical property,microstructure,friction and wear property of the three materials’wheels were analyzed.The results show that the comprehensive performance of CL65 and CL70 heavy-haul wheels with new material is obviously superior to that of conventional CL60 wheels in all aspects.They have better loading and service performance,which are more suitable for heavy-haul freight railway transportation in China.
