摘要
本文针对汽车车轮用钢420CL焊后冲压扩孔开裂的问题,从金属母材、焊缝及热影响区的金相微观组织、断口形貌、夹杂物以及焊接工艺等方面进行了分析,提出优化焊接工艺,减少加热时间或者降低闪光焊接电流强度,从而抑制熔合线附近晶粒长大的建议,提高了车轮的产品合格率。
Aiming at the problem of reaming cracking of 420CL steel used for automobile wheels after welding,this paper analyzes the metallographic microstructure,fracture morphology,inclusions and welding process of metal base metal,weld and heat affected zone,and puts forward suggestions on optimizing the welding process,reducing heating time or reducing flash welding current intensity,so as to inhibit the grain growth near the fusion line,finally the product qualification rate of wheels is improved.
