摘要
为提高轮轨综合使用寿命,研究轮轨的合理硬度匹配。针对国内外普遍使用的轮轨材料,归纳分析轮轨硬度匹配的典型的实验室研究结果、轮轨硬度匹配的现状和存在的问题,并结合国内轮轨使用情况,阐述轮轨硬度、加工硬化对轮轨使用寿命的影响以及轮轨材料的最新发展,初步提出不同运输条件下轮轨硬度匹配的建议。重载铁路:在半径>1 200 m的曲线以及直线段上铺设轨面硬度>280 HB的轧态钢轨;在半径为1200 m以下的曲线段上铺设使用H370热处理钢轨;应积极研发使用轨面硬度>370 HB的钢轨、以及轮辋表面硬度>320 HB的重载铁路用车轮。客运专线铁路:铺设轨面硬度>260 HB的轧态钢轨,采用轮辋表面硬度>260 HB的ER8等级的或轮辋表面硬度>248HB的ER7等级的车轮。对引进的时速200 km及以上动车组在我国的使用情况进行跟踪研究,以进一步研究轮轨关系中硬度的合理匹配问题。
Reasonable hardness matching in wheel-rail system is researched in order to increase the integrated service life of wheel-rail system. According to the general materials of wheels and rails home and abroad, some typical laboratory results, current research situation and the existed problems of hardness matching in wheel-rail system are summed up and analyzed. Combining with domestic application status of wheels and rails, the effect of wheel-rail hardness and machining-hardening on service life as well as the latest development of wheels and rails are discussed. It's initially suggested that different hardness matching of wheels and rails should be adopted for railway lines under different traffic conditions. For heavy haul railway, rails as rolled with surface hardness above 280 HB should be laid on straight line and curve line with the radius more than 1200 m. The head-hardened rails H 370 should be laid on curve line with the radius less than 1200 m. The rails with surface hardness above 370 HB and wheels with the surface hardness of wheel rim above 320 HB should be developed and applied actively for heavy haul railway. The rails as rolled with surface hardness above 260 HB should be laid on passenger dedicated railway line, meanwhile, wheels ER8 with the surface hardness of wheel rim above 260 HB or ER7 with the surface hardness of wheel rim above 248 HB should be applied. Attentions should be paid to the application status of imported EMU for further research of hardness matching in wheel-rail system.
