摘要
先进的物流系统不但是经济繁荣的标志而且有助于帮助跨国企业整合全球资源,提升竞争能力,实现利润的最大化。作者就如何在乘用车钢制车轮企业中采用现代物流系统规划进行了尝试,描述了进行物流系统规划的一般步骤,最后举出一个实例。
Advanced logistic system is not only a sign of prosperous economy,but helpful in integrating global resource,level up competitiveness and achieving profit maximum for multinational enterprises.This paper attempts to utilize a systematic logistic planning method in passenger car steel wheel factory.It describes general steps in systematic logistic planning.Finally,the paper promotes an example.
