情景模拟在妇产科CBL教学中的应用效果分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的 探讨情景模拟在妇产科见习以案例为导向的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)中的应用效果。方法 将2019年2月—2020年2月进入山东省千佛山医院见习的88名山东大学齐鲁医学院2015级本科临床医学专业88名医学生作为研究对象,分为研究组和对照组,研究组采用情景模拟结合CBL教学法,对照组采用CBL教学法。比较两组学生学期末考试成绩。采用教学效果评估表进行调查问卷,分别评估两组学生对不同教学模式的评价效果。结果 研究组在提高医患沟通能力方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组期末考试平均成绩高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 情景模拟在妇产科见习CBL教学中能够提高医学生医患沟通能力,是CBL教学一种有益的补充教学方法。 Objective To examine whether a scenario simulation program can improve Obstetrics and Gynecology intern knowledge and clinical practise in Case-Based Learning(CBL). Methods A total of 88 undergraduate students from Cheeloo College of Medicine of Shandong University who were enrolled as interns in 2015 in Shandong Qianfoshan Hospital were divided into two groups. The scenario simulation was implemented as a part of CBL teaching in intervention group, while the control group used CBL only. The scores of final examination in the end of semester were compared between the two groups, and the learning effect evaluation form was used to conduct the questionnaire. Results The study group was significantly better than the control group in improving the communication ability between doctors and patients, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The average score of the final examination in the study group was higher than that in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion Application of a scenario simulation model to CBL teaching resulted in increased doctor-patient interaction skills for obstetrics and gynecology interns.
