摘要 目的:探索临床案例教学法在心内科教学中的应用策略和效果。方法:选取运城护理职业学院护理专业两个班级学生作为本次研究样本,随机分为对照班(n=97)与案例班(n=101)。对照班仍然采用心内科传统教学模式,案例班学生应用临床案例教学法,对比两班护理专业学生的考核成绩,判定临床案例教学法应用的优势和价值。结果:两组学生的总成绩对比差异显著,案例组学生成绩更加优秀,两组对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究过程中共发放101份问卷全部有效回收,各方面能力评分均较高,对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过探索临床案例教学法在心内科教学中的应用策略和效果,结果显示,通过案例教学法的应用,有利于激发学生的主观能动性、提升学生综合能力,促进传统教学与案例教学法的充分融合,对于学生日后的职业生涯发展具有重要推动作用。 Objective:To explore the application strategies and effects of clinical case teaching method in cardiology teaching.Methods:Two classes of nursing students from Yuncheng Nursing Vocational College were selected as the sample of this study and randomly divided into control class(n=97)and case class(n=101).The control class still uses the traditional teaching mode of cardiology.The students in the case class apply the clinical case teaching method,The paper compared the assessment results of the nursing students in the two classes,and determined the advantages and values of the clinical case teaching method.Results:There was a significant difference in the total scores between the two groups of students and those in the case group were significantly better.The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).A total of 101 questionnaires were issued during the study,and all of them were effectively recovered.The ability scores in all aspects were high,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of case teaching methods is conducive to stimulating students subjective initiative,improving students comprehensive ability,and promoting full integration of the traditional teaching and case teaching methods,which play an important role in promoting students career development in the future.
