摘要
目的探讨多学科团队(MDT)模式联合基于团队基础教学(TBL)、案例教学(CBL)以及问题导向学习(PBL)的综合教学模式(简称MDT-TCP)在肿瘤科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年6月于我院肿瘤科轮转的188名住培医师作为研究对象,采用随机分配法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组94名。对照组采用传统教学模式,试验组采用MDT-TCP教学模式。比较两组的教学效果。结果试验组的理论考核、问诊及体格检查、辅助检查判读、临床诊断思维成绩及客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的资料准备情况、教学查房参与程度、临床思维和学习能力、整体素养评分及教学查房总成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组对各项教学指标的满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论MDT-TCP教学模式依托多学科协作与多元教学法的融合优势,在肿瘤科住培中的应用效果显著,可有效提升住培医师的综合能力。
Objective To explore the application effect of multidisciplinary team(MDT)mode combined with comprehensive teaching mode based on team-based learning(TBL),case-based learning(CBL)and problem-based learning(PBL)(MDT-TCP)in the standardized training of residents in oncology department.Methods A total of 188 resident physicians who rotated in the oncology department of our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.The physicians were divided into control group and experimental group by random distribution method,with 94 physicians in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the experimental group adopted the MDT-TCP teaching mode.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theoretical examination,inquiry and physical examination,auxiliary examination and interpretation,clinical diagnostic thinking and total score of objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of data preparation,participation in teaching rounds,clinical thinking and learning ability,overall literacy and total score of teaching rounds in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of each teaching index in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The MDT-TCP teaching mode relies on the integration advantages of multidisciplinary collaboration and multiple teaching methods,and has a significant application effect in the standardized training of residents in oncology department,which can effectively improve the comprehensive ability of residents.
