摘要
为了研究不同蔗糖浓度对索邦百合离体繁殖与植株再生的影响,本试验在无菌环境下对索邦百合组织进行离体培养及植株再生。结果表明:60 g/L蔗糖最适宜诱导愈伤组织和不定根的生长;40 g/L蔗糖最适宜诱导丛生芽的生长;组培苗存活率较高,达到了98.3%。
In order to study the effects of different sucrose concentrations on in vitro propagation and plant regeneration of Lilium oriental hybrid′Sorbonne′,the in vitro culture and plant regeneration of Lilium oriental hybrid′Sorbonne′tissue were carried out in sterile environment.The results showed that 60 g/L sucrose was the most suitable for inducing the growth of callus and adventitious root;40 g/L sucrose was the most suitable for inducing the growth of cluster bud;the survival rate of tissue culture seedlings was high,up to 98.3%.
