摘要
对露地越冬、即将萌发的兰州百合鳞茎进行不同温度处理 ,结果表明 :135h之内各种规格的鳞茎均可发芽。18℃/13℃(昼温/夜温)为最佳处理 ,可以防止发育前期高温芽生长过于旺盛而导致根的发育不良以及低温芽和根的生长较慢 ,而且有利于植株后期的生长。20g和15g种球经23℃/18℃处理产量高 ,而10g和5g种球经较低温度处理产量高。
The experiment results indicated that bulbs of various sizes sprouted in135h.18℃/13℃(day/night temperature)was the optimum treatment for the sprouting of lily bulbs.23℃/18℃resulted in sprouting too fast and root growing unhealthy.Sprouts and roots grew slowly at13℃/8℃.The bulbs of20g and15g obtained the best yield after23℃/18℃treatment,but the bulbs of10g and5g had the opposite trend.
