摘要
对 2 0世纪 90年代以后的百合组织培养技术进行了综述 ,包括百合外植体的准备、百合的快速繁殖技术等。还对百合种质资源离体保存和百合的组织培养技术在百合育种中的应用作了论述。
The author summarized advances of research on tissue culture technology of lily in recent years, included to prepare explants, rapid propagation technology, etc. Discoursed also upon to preserve germplasm resource in vitro of lily and apply tissue culture technology to breeding of lily.
