摘要
目的:调查某三级综合医院门诊护士职业倦怠、组织支持感现状及影响因素。方法:采用整群抽样的方法抽取2021年1月~2021年12月空军军医大学第一附属医院门诊部的129名护士作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、马斯勒职业倦怠量表(NBI-GS)和护士组织支持感(POS)问卷评估其职业倦怠发生情况和组织支持感现状。比较三级综合医院不同人口特征门诊护士NBI-GS评分和POS问卷评分比较;Pearson相关性分析门诊护士职业倦怠与组织支持感的关系;多因素Logistic回归分析影响三级综合医院门诊护士职业倦怠的主要因素。结果:129名三级综合医院门诊护士发生职业倦怠78例,职业倦怠发生率为60.46%,POS问卷总评分为(36.18±5.40)分。78例发生职业倦怠的门诊护士中,不同年龄、职称、学历、工龄、每周工作时间、运动频率的门诊护士各维度的NBI-GS评分比较,差异有统计学意义;不同年龄、职称、婚姻状况、学历和工龄的三级综合医院门诊护士不同维度的POS问卷评分差异比较,差异有统计学意义;Peason相关性分析,三级综合医院门诊护士各维度NBS评分与各维度的PDS评分均呈负相关;多因素Logistic回归分析,年龄、职称和组织支持感是影响三级综合医院门诊护士职业倦怠的独立危险因素。结论:某三级综合医院门诊护士职业倦怠发生率较高,年龄增大、低职称和低组织支持感是影响本院门诊护士职业倦怠发生的独立危险因素,且门诊护士职业倦怠与组织支持感呈负相关。
Objective To investigate the current status and influencing factors of job burnout and perceived organizational support of outpatient nurses in the tertiary general hospital.Methods According to cluster sampling method,129 outpatient nurses in First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University were enrolled as the research objects between January and December 2021.The job burnout and perceived organizational support were evaluated by General Data Questionnaire,Maslach Burnout Inventory General Survey (NBI-GS) and Perceived Organizational Support Scale (POS).The scores of NBI-GS and POS in outpatient nurses with different demographic characteristics were compared.The relationship between job burnout and perceived organizational support was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.The main influencing factors of job burnout were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression analysis.Results Of the 129 outpatient nurses in the tertiary general hospital,there were 78 cases (60.46%) with job burnout.The total score of POS was (36.18±5.40) points.In the 78 outpatient nurses with job burnout,differences in NBI-GS scores among those with different age,professional titles,education level,length of service,weekly working time and exercise frequency were statistically significant,and the differences in POS scores among those with different age,professional titles,marital status,education level and length of service were statistically significant.Peason correlation analysis showed that NBS scores were negatively correlated with PDS scores.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age,professional title and perceived organizational support were independent risk factors of job burnout in outpatient nurses of the tertiary general hospital.Conclusion The incidence of job burnout is relatively high in outpatient nurses in the tertiary general hospital.Increased age,low professional title and low perceived organizational support are influencing factors of job burnout in outpatient nurses.The job burnout is negatively correlated with perceived organizational support.
