摘要
目的调查医院管理人员的职业倦怠现状并探讨其影响因素,为制定预防和降低职业倦怠策略提供参考依据。方法采用人口统计学资料调查表与Maslach职业倦怠量表通用版(MBI-GS)对430名医院管理人员进行网络问卷调查,利用描述性统计、秩和检验、回归分析完成职业倦怠现状与影响因素分析。结果医院管理人员职业倦怠总体得分为(2.45±0.81)分,各维度得分情况分别为情绪耗竭(2.59±1.21)分、去人格化(2.04±1.01)分、个人低成就感(2.69±1.21)分;职业倦怠检出率为85.58%(368人);年龄、工作年限、文化程度、专业背景、职务层级是医院管理人员职业倦怠的主要影响因素。结论医院管理人员职业倦怠总体处于轻中度水平。建议医院针对管理人员的个体特征及工作要求,从个体、医院两个层面制定相关策略以降低或消除管理人员职业倦怠感。
Objective To investigate the status quo of job burnout of hospital managers and explore its influencing factors,so as to provide a reference basis for developing strategies to prevent and reduce job burnout.Methods A network questionnaire survey was conducted on 430 hospital managers using the Demographic Information Ques⁃tionnaire and Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey(MBI-GS),and the analysis of the status quo of job burnout and the influencing factors was completed using descriptive statistics,rank sum test and regression analy⁃sis.Results The overall burnout score of hospital managers was(2.45±0.81),and the scores of each dimension were emotional exhaustion(2.59±1.21),depersonalization(2.04±1.01)and low personal achievement(2.69±1.21).The detection rate of job burnout was 85.58%(368 persons).Age,work seniority,education level,pro⁃fessional and job level were the main factors influencing job burnout among hospital managers.Conclusion Hospital managers are generally at a slight or moderate level.In view of the demographic characteristics and work demands of hospital managers,job burnout at both individual and hospital levels can be reduced or eliminated.
