摘要
目的分析目前医技检查存在的难题,以智能化的功能模块和技术规则,构建能够满足患者诉求、优化流程、节约人力的预约检查新模式,并评价其应用效果。方法依托医院信息集成平台和数据中心,以规则引擎为核心,构建智能化的医技预约检查平台,包含规则管理模块、系统管理模块、预约管理模块。结果智能化医技预约检查平台建成应用后,患者次均排队次数由3.81次减少到2.24次,预约等待时间由5.53小时减少到3.26小时。人工服务窗口由8个减少到3个。门诊患者满意度、住院患者满意度分别是94.22%和93.58%。结论智能化医技预约检查平台的应用,可以提高医院医技科室工作效率,缩短患者预约等待时间,对提高患者满意度有重要意义。
Objective To analyze the difficulties existing in medical technical examination,build a new examination appointment model that meet patients’demands,optimize the procedures and save manpower with intelligent functional modules and technical rules,and evaluate its application effect.Methods Relying on the hospital information integration platform and data center,an intelligent medical technology appointment and inspection platform was constructed with the rule engine as the core,including a rule management module,a system management module,and an appointment management module.Results After the establishment and application of the intelligent medical technology appointment inspection platform,the average number of queuing times of patients decreased from 3.81 to 2.24;the waiting time for appointment decreased from 5.53 hours to 3.26 hours.The number of manual service windows reduced from 8 to 3.The satisfactions of outpatients and inpatients were 94.22% and 93.58%,respectively.Conclusion The application of the intelligent medical technology appointment inspection platform can improve the work efficiency of hospital medical technology departments,shorten the waiting time for patient appointments,and is of great significance to improve patient satisfaction.
