摘要
针对当前医院医技检查预约等待时间较长,需要多次排队等问题,设计和实现了医技检查集中预约平台。文章描述了该系统的使用:配置医技检查科室的基础数据在系统中进行;将医生所开的检查项目进行拆分与合并;运用动态规划算法理念,针对不同项目集合求解后得到最优预约方案;退费以及改约流程。系统的使用结果表明,医技检查集中预约平台能够有效减少患者的在院等待时间,提升患者的就医体验。
In view of the long waiting time of medical technical examination appointment in hospital and the need of queuing for many times,a centralized appointment platform for medical examination is designed and implemented.This paper describes the use of the system:configure the basic data of the medical technology inspection department in the system;split and merge the examination items prescribed by doctors;use the concept of dynamic programming algorithm to solve different item sets to obtain the optimal appointment scheme;refund and contract modification process.The application results of the system show that the centralized appointment platform for medical technical examinations can effectively reduce the waiting time of patient in the hospital and improve the patient's medical experience.
