摘要
目的:解决医院住院患者医技检查预约流程繁琐、预约时间跨度长的问题,促进资源高效利用,优化医院管理。方法:以SOA架构为载体,设计集约式医技预约平台,在平台中不同医技科室分别设置对应预约规则及时间段,并针对预约平台应用关键问题进行分析研究,优化预约流程,可直接在预约平台中对多类检查进行一键预约。结果:医技检查预约平台很好地实现了住院医技检查的一键预约,简化了预约流程,加快了预约效率,预约等候时间从36小时缩短为28小时,间接缩短了住院日。结论:分布式医技预约平台合理统筹安排,优化资源配置及服务效率,提高工作效率和医疗质量,促进了智慧医疗体系的信息化建设进程。
Objective:To solve the problem of cumbersome appointment process and long appointment time for inpatient medical examinations in hospitals,promote efficient use of resources,and optimize hospital management.Methods:Using the SOA architecture as the carrier,design an intensive medical technology appointment platform,set corresponding appointment rules and time slices in different medical technology departments on the platform,and analyze and study the key issues in the application of the appointment platform,optimize the appointment process,and directly on the appointment platform make a one-click appointment for multiple types of inspections.Results:The medical technical examination appointment platform has well realized the one-click appointment of inpatient medical technical examination,simplified the appointment process,and accelerated the appointment efficiency.The appointment waiting time was shortened from 36 hours to 28 hours,and indirectly shortened the hospital stay.Conclusion:The distributed medical technology appointment platform makes reasonable overall arrangements,optimizes resource allocation and service efficiency,improves work efficiency and medical quality,and promotes the informatization construction process of the smart medical system.
