摘要
随着新质生产力的兴起,为包括公立医院在内的各个领域发展注入了强劲的驱动力,同时为公立医院带来了新的发展契机,也对其传统的经营模式提出了严峻的挑战。通过对公立医院经营模式现状及存在的问题展开分析,从新型劳动者、新型劳动资料、新型劳动对象3个方面解析新质生产力在公立医院经营模式变革中的作用路径及案例,并探讨公立医院经营模式变革的必要性、措施及趋势。
With the rise of new quality productivity,it has injected a strong driving force for the development of various fields,including public hospitals.Besides,it brings a new opportunity for the development of public hospitals,also poses a severe challenge to its traditional management mode.Based on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of public hospital management mode,the role path and cases of new quality productivity in the reform of public hospital management mode are analyzed from three aspects:new workers,new labor materials and new labor objects,and the necessity,measures and trend of the reform of public hospital management mode are deeply discussed.
