要以国际最高标准、最好水平为标杆,瞄准医学科技创新和生物医药产业发展,营造良好的医学科技创新生态环境。打造3~5家国际一流的研究型医院,建设一批医企融合发展示范基地,培育一批在国际临床科技创新前沿占有一席之地的医学科学家,实现上海牵头的国际和国内多中心临床试验数量在国内领先。支持发展一批创新医药企业,产出一批新规范、新指南、新技术、新材料、新器械、新设备、新药物等,支撑生物医药产业集群高质量发展。
To take the highest international standard and best level as the benchmark, we should aim at medical science and technology innovation and biomedical industry development, and create a good ecological environment for medical science and technology innovation.We should create 3 to 5 international first-class research hospitals, build a number of demonstration bases for the integration and development of medical enterprises, cultivate a number of medical scientists who occupy a place at the forefront of international clinical science and technology innovation, and realize the leading number of international and domestic multi-center clinical trials led by Shanghai in China. We should upport the development of a number of innovative pharmaceutical enterprises, output a number of new specifications, new guidelines, new technologies, new materials, new devices, new equipment, new drugs, etc., to support the high-quality development of Biopharmaceutical industry clusters.
