摘要
本文分析国内外医疗技术评价研究现状,提出构建基于医院高质量发展的医疗技术临床应用评价指标体系的理论基础原则,以及技术维度、质量安全维度、效率维度、伦理与社会维度及经济维度在内的综合评价指标体系框架;通过已有研究分析医疗技术临床应用评价指标体系在实际应用中的有效性,旨在为医院高质量发展提供参考与指导。
This paper analyzes the research status of medical technology evaluation at home and abroad,and puts forward the theoretical basic principles of constructing the evaluation index system of clinical application of medical technology with high-quality development of hospitals,as well as the comprehensive evaluation index system framework including technical dimension,quality and safety dimension,efficiency dimension,ethical and social dimension and economic dimension.Through the existing research,the effectiveness of the clinical evaluation index system of medical technology in practical application is analyzed to provide reference and guidance for the high-quality development of hospitals.
