摘要
第四军医大学西京医院坚持"以科技创新提升医疗救治能力、用机制创新降低就医成本、用文化创新提升服务水平",三个创新给医院建设注入了强大动力,推动了医院又好又快发展。本文系统总结了该院建设研究型医院的做法和成效,并对建设研究型医院的首要任务、根本要求、关键要素和持久动力等重要问题进行了初步思考,以期对国内研究型医院建设工作提供参考。
Xijing Hospital of the Fourth Military Medical University adheres to three innovations： science and technology innovation to promote medical treatment capability, mechanism innovation to reduce medical cost, and cultural innovation to better service quality. The three innovations bring strong driving force to hospital construction, and boost well the rapid development of the hospital. In this paper, we systematically summarize the experience and achievements of constructing research-oriented hospital, and give primary consideration to some important problems such as the top lasks, basic requirements, key elements and lasting motivation of constructing research-oriented hospital, with attempt to provide references for domestic research-oriented hospital construction.
