摘要
针对当前我国研究型医院建设中存在的认识理解程度不深、建设路径创新度不高、科研与临床结合度不够等问题,借鉴国外典型研究型医院的经验,提出以研究型医师和研究型科室为路径推进研究型医院的建设,本着择优支持、分类建设、试点先行的原则,采取以下措施进行建设:以凝聚专病方向为抓手,推进临床与科研的紧密结合;以投入人力资源为导向,解决临床科研工作繁忙局面;以搭建公共平台为支撑,提供各类科研技术服务支持。
Several problems existed in the construction of research oriented hospitals in China, such as insufficient understanding of the concept, lack of innovation in the mode of construction, untight combination of scientific research and clinical practice, etc. A method to develop research oriented hospital through developing the research oriented physician and research oriented clinical department was put forward in this research, based on the experience of research oriented hospital abroad. Concrete construction measures were proposed including focusing on treatment of special disease, promoting the close combination of clinical practice and scientific research, increasing human resources investment, establishing public service platform to provide more research technical support.
