摘要
目的探讨任督脉灸联合穴位埋线治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法选取萍乡市妇幼保健院妇科门诊2020年1月—2020年12月收治的90例肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者为研究对象,符合肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的诊断标准,采用随机数字表法将纳入的90例患者随机分成3组,每组30例。对照组采取达英-35联合盐酸二甲双胍治疗,研究A组予以任督脉灸联合穴位埋线治疗,研究B组将研究A组和对照组2种方法结合起来,均治疗3个疗程。比较3组患者体质量指数(BMI)、性激素指标(LH/FSH、T)、空腹血清胰岛素(FINS)、葡萄糖耐量试验(FPG、2 h PG)、血脂(TG、HDL-C)、中医症状积分。结果3组患者LH/FSH比值、T、FINS治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究A组、研究B组的BMI、TG、HDL-C、中医症状评分治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组间比较,研究B组LH/FSH比值改善比研究A组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论任督脉灸联合穴位埋线治疗能改善肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者体质量指数、性激素指标及空腹血清胰岛素水平、调节血脂代谢,联合西药达英-35及盐酸二甲双胍对改善性激素指标更优。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Ren and Du meridian moxibustion combined with catgut embedding on obese polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods 90 cases of obese polycystic ovary syndrome in Pingxiang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were selected as the research objects,which met the diagnostic criteria of obese polycystic ovary syndrome.The 90 cases were randomly divided into three groups,with 30 cases in each group.Study group A was treated with Ren Du pulse moxibustion combined with acupoint catgut embedding;control group was treated with Diane-35 combined with metformin hydrochloride;study group B combined study group A with control group.The body mass index(BMI),sex hormone index(LH/FSH、T),serum insulin(FINS),glucose tolerance test(FPG、2 h PG),blood lipid(TG、HDL-C)and TCM symptom score of the three groups were compared.Results There were statistically significant differences in LH/FSH ratio,T,FINS before and after treatment in the three groups(P<0.05).BMI,TG,HDL-C in group A and group B were studied.The score of TCM symptoms before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared between groups,the improvement of LH/FSH ratio in study group B was better than that in study group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ren and Du meridian moxibustion combined with acupoint catgut embedding therapy can improve the body mass index,sex hormone index,fasting serum insulin level,regulate blood lipid metabolism of patients with obese polycystic ovary syndrome,and the combination of Diane-35 and metformin is better for improving sex hormone index.
