摘要
多囊卵巢综合征为妇科生殖内分泌紊乱疾病中的疑难杂病,是导致育龄期女性发生不孕症的最主要原因之一。杨志琴教授认为,多囊卵巢综合征与肥胖、不孕症互相影响,在肾主生殖的理论指导下,遵循“肾为五脏阴阳之本、肝为女子先天、脾为后天之本”的理念,注重“中医整体观念、治病求本”,以肾肝脾为本,痰湿为标,使用自拟消囊促卵丸合苍附导痰汤联合针灸治疗本病,通过调节肾肝脾,化痰祛湿,减轻体重,促进排卵,恢复正常月经,有效提高了多囊卵巢综合征合并肥胖型患者的妊娠率,降低流产率。
Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a difficult and complex disorder among gynecological reproductive endocrine disorders and is one of the main causes of infertility in women of childbearing age.Professor Yang Zhiqin believes that PCOS,obesity and infertility interact with each other.Guided by the theory that the kidney governs reproduction,she adheres to the concept that“the kidney is the root of yin and yang of the five zang organs,the liver is the congenital foundation of women,and the spleen is the foundation of the body after birth”,and emphasizes the“holistic concept of traditional Chinese medicine and treating the root cause of the disease”.She takes the kidney,liver and spleen as the root and phlegm-dampness as the symptom,and uses the self-prescribed Xiaonang CuLuan Pill combined with Cangfu Daotan Decoction and acupuncture to treat this disease.By regulating the kidney,liver and spleen,eliminating phlegm and dampness,reducing weight,promoting ovulation and restoring normal menstruation,the pregnancy rate of patients with PCOS and obesity has been effectively improved,and the miscarriage rate has been reduced.
