摘要
目的:探究基于气化学说探讨脐疗灸法联合西医常规治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法:选取2023年6月至2024年6月广东省第二中医院收治的80例多囊卵巢综合征患者,采用红蓝球法,将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组采用脐灸法联合西医常规治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后体质指数(BMI)、血清相关因子[抗苗勒管激素(AMH)]和性激素水平。结果:两组治疗后3个月的BMI均有所下降,但观察组下降程度更高(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月,两组AMH均低于治疗前,且相较于对照组,观察组更低(P<0.05)。相较于治疗前,治疗后3个月两组的性激素水平均有所改善,但相较于对照组,观察组的改善程度更大(P<0.05)。结论:脐疗灸法联合西医常规治疗多囊卵巢综合征相较于单纯常规西医治疗,能更有效地改善患者BMI、子宫内膜厚度、卵泡最大直径及性激素水平。
Objective:Based on the gasification theory,the clinical effect of umbilical moxibustion combined with western medicine treatment for the polycystic ovary syndrome was explored.Methods:80 patients with PCOS treated in our hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were divided into control group and observation group by red and blue ball method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with umbilical moxibustion combined with conventional Western medicine.Compare the body mass index(BMI),serum related factors[anti Mullerian hormone(AMH)],and sex hormone levels between two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results:BMI of both groups decreased after 3 months after treatment,but the degree of decrease was higher in the observation group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the AMH levels in both groups were lower than before,and compared to the control group,the observation group had a lower AMH level(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the sex hormone levels in both groups were improved after 3 months of treatment,but the improvement in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional Western medicine treatment alone,the combination of umbilical therapy and moxibustion can more effectively improve patients’BMI,endometrial thickness,maximum follicle diameter,and sex hormone levels in polycystic ovary syndrome.
