二甲双胍联合沙格列汀治疗2型糖尿病对患者血清氧化应激及肾功能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨二甲双胍联合沙格列汀治疗对2型糖尿病患者氧化应激及肾功能的影响。方法将120例2型糖尿病患者按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各60例,两组均给予二甲双胍治疗,研究组联合沙格列汀治疗。治疗前后比较两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶、活性氧、血尿素氮、血肌酐水平,比较两组不良反应发生率。结果治疗后两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),研究组较对照组下降更显著(P<0.05)。治疗后两组丙二醛、活性氧水平均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05或0.01),超氧化物歧化酶水平较治疗前显著升高(P<0.01),研究组较对照组变化更显著(P<0.01)。治疗后两组血尿素氮、血肌酐水平均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01),研究组较对照组下降更显著(P<0.01)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论二甲双胍联合沙格列汀治疗2型糖尿病效果显著,可有效降低患者血糖水平,改善氧化应激和肾功能损伤状况,安全性高,值得临床借鉴推广。 Objective To investigate the effect of metformin combined with saxagliptin on oxidative stress and renal function in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 120 patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into the study group and the control group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with metformin,and the study group was treated with saxagliptin.The levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,malondialdehyde,superoxide dismutase,reactive oxygen species,blood urea nitrogen,and blood creatinine were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease in the study group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of malondialdehyde and reactive oxygen species in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05 or 0.01),and the levels of superoxide dismutase were significantly increased compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),the changes in the study group were more significant than those in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the levels of blood urea nitrogen and blood creatinine in the two groups weresignificantly decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),and the decrease in the study group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.01).Therewas no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Metformin combined with saxagliptin has a significant effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetes,which can effectively reduce the blood glucose level,improve the oxidative stress and renal function damage,and has high safety,which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
