摘要
随着互联网的普及与大数据技术的广泛应用,“互联网+”医疗应用信息技术手段与传统医疗业务紧密融合,本文旨在通过以四川大学华西医院为例,分析“互联网+”在门诊医疗领域服务的应用现状,包括电子病历书写与管理、在线诊疗平台应用、移动医疗应用程序以及医疗数据的应用,梳理“互联网+”医疗诊疗流程模式的特点,强调以患者为导向的设计与远程监测的整合,展示医疗机构的互联网+实践,以及在这一模式下存在的问题,为提高医疗诊疗与服务流程模式的变革提出进一步改进方法。
With the widespread adoption of the internet and big data technology,the integration of“Internet Plus”medical applications with traditional healthcare services has become increasingly close.This paper aims to analyze the current status of“Internet Plus”applications in outpatient healthcare at West China Hospital,Sichuan University.It covers aspects such as electronic medical record writing and management,online consultation platforms,mobile healthcare applications,and the use of medical data.The study outlines the characteristics of the“Internet Plus”healthcare service process model,emphasizing patient-centered design and the integration of remote monitoring.It also showcases the practices of healthcare institutions in this model and identifies existing issues,proposing further improvement methods to enhance the transformation of medical diagnosis and service process models.
