摘要
食品原料学是食品营养与检验教育专业的特色课程,其不仅具备理论知识和实验实践相互承接的功能,而且蕴含着诸多鲜明的思政元素,具备承担课程思政育人的功能。笔者围绕食品原料学课程教学,通过深入挖掘新疆地方特色思政元素、优化与重构教学内容、开展线上线下混合式教学、采用多元化教学方法、创新课程考核评价模式和调查反馈课程思政实施效果等途径实现课程教学目标,从而实现知识探究、能力培养和价值引领的协同育人理念,建成学术型、工程研究型的多元化食品专业人才培养模式。
As a characteristic course of major in food nutrition and inspection education,food material science has the function of mutual inheritance of theoretical knowledge and experimental practice,and contains many distinct ideological and political elements,and has the function of ideological and political education.To achieve teaching objectives,focusing on the teaching of food material science courses,the author explores in-depth exploration of local ideological and political elements in Xinjiang province,optimization and refactoring the teaching content,development of online and offline blended teaching,the use of and diversified teaching methods,innovation of new curriculum assessment and evaluation models,survey and feedback of implementation effect of ideological and political elements,and finally realizes the idea of collaborative education of intellectual inquiry,ability training and value guidance and builds a diversified food professional talent training mode based on academic and engineering research.
