摘要
用离子色谱法测定替硝唑原料药中亚硝酸根的含量。色谱柱为Dionex Ionpac^(TM)AS18阴离子色谱柱(4 mm×250 mm),淋洗液为5 mmol/L氢氧化钾溶液,采用电导检测器。亚硝酸根浓度在0.014~0.443μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为101.10%。方法简便、准确、快速,适用于替硝唑原料药中亚硝酸根的含量测定。
To determine the content of nitrite in Tinidazole by ion chromatograph,Dionex IonpacAS18 Anion Column(4 mm×250 mm)was used using KOH solution(5 mmol/L)as eluent and the conductance detector.Experimental data showed that a good linearity was obtained at a nitrite concentration range of 0.014~0.443μg/mL;and an average recovery of 101.1%was obtained.This method is accurate and fast,which can be used for the determination of nitrite in Tinidazole.
