摘要
目的根据流体动力学平衡控释系统(HBS)原理研制替硝唑胃内滞留漂浮型缓释片。方法以释放度为指标,并结合漂浮性能,优选最佳配方。结果最佳配方的替硝唑胃内滞留漂浮型缓释片体外漂浮时间长达12 h,体外药物释放符合零级过程。结论本文制备工艺简单,所制得的胃内漂浮缓释片释药速度平稳,漂浮时间长,达到了设计要求。
Objective Floating oral delivery tablets with controlled release of tinidazole were designed. Method The in vitro release rate of the tablets capable of floating on simulated gastric fluids was evaluated by rotating basket method. The preparation techniques of the tablets were optimized according to the release tests. Results The tablets at optimum formulation could float on artificial gastric fluid for 12 h,and the in vitro release profile of the tablets followed the zero -order kinetics. Conclusion This floating oral delivery system of tinidazole has potential benefits of therapy.
