离子色谱法同时测定腹膜透析液中钠、镁、钙离子

Simultaneous determination of sodium,magnesium and calcium cations in peritoneal dialysis solution by ion chromatography

摘要 建立离子色谱法同时测定腹膜透析液中钠、镁、钙3种阳离子含量。样品经0.22μm微孔滤膜过滤,进样体积为25μL,以35 mmol/L甲磺酸溶液为淋洗液等浓度淋洗,流量为1.0 mL/min,用Dionex Ino Pac CS16色谱柱分离,采用电导检测器测定,用标准曲线法定量。钠、镁、钙的质量浓度分别在180.2~420.5、0.36~0.84、3.60~8.40μg/mL范围内与色谱峰面积具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 0~0.999 9。3种阳离子的方法检出限为0.2~0.9μg/mL,定量限为0.7~3μg/mL。高、中、低3个水平的加标平均回收率为98.3%~101%,6次测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.057%~0.28%。该方法可用于腹膜透析液中3种阳离子的定性定量检测。 An ion chromatography method was established to simultaneously determine the content of sodium,magnesium and calcium cations in peritoneal dialysis fluid.The sample was filtered through a 0.22μm micro-porous membrane with an injection volume of 25μL.35 mmol/L methanesulfonic acid solution was used as the eluent with equal concentration elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The samples were separated using Dionex Ino Pac CS16 chromatographic column,detected by a conductivity detector,and quantified using standard curve method.The mass concentrations of sodium,magnesium and calcium had good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak area in the ranges of 180.2-420.5,0.36-0.84,3.60-8.40μg/mL,respectively,with correlation coefficients of 0.9990-0.9999.The detection limits of the methods of three cations were 0.2-0.9μg/mL,and the quantification limits were 0.7-3μg/mL.The average recoveries of the three levels of high,medium and low spiked samples were 98.3%-101%,and the relative standard deviations of six determination results were 0.057%-0.28%.This method can be used for qualitative and quantitative detection of three cations in peritoneal dialysis fluid.
