日粮中添加马尾藻对黄颡鱼生长、组织酶活性和血清生化指标的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Dietary Sargassum Powder on Growth Performance,Tissue Enzyme Activity and Serum Biochemical Indices of Yellow Catfish(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)

摘要 为研究日粮中添加马尾藻粉(SP)、马尾藻提取物(SPE-A)和马尾藻渣(SPE-B)对黄颡鱼生长的影响。以初始体重为(14.23±0.06)g的黄颡鱼为研究对象,以15%的秘鲁鱼粉(FM)为对照,在日粮中添加1%马尾藻粉(SP组)、0.5%马尾藻提取物(SPE-A组)和1%马尾藻渣(SPE-B组),共设计4组等氮等脂日粮,每组3个重复,养殖8周采样。试验结果显示:(1)与FM对照组相比,SP组和SPE-A组的特定生长率(SGR)分别上升了4.19%和5.24%、SPE-B组的SGR下降了8.38%,差异不显著(P>0.05),SPE-B组的脂肪沉积率(FRR)显著下降(P<0.05);(2)与FM对照组相比,SP组的白蛋白(ALB)、三酰甘油(TG)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)含量显著升高(P<0.05),而谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性显著下降(P<0.05),SPE-B组AST活性显著降低(P<0.05);(3)与FM对照组相比,胃组织中SP组、SPE-A组和SPE-B组的脂肪酶(LPS)活性显著升高(P<0.05),并且肠道中SP组的LPS活性也显著升高(P<0.05),肝脏组织中SP组、SPE-A组和SPE-B组的谷胱甘肽(GSH)和丙二醛(MDA)含量降低(P<0.05),SPE-A组和SPE-B组的过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)下降(P<0.05);(4)试验组间鱼体水分、粗蛋白和粗脂肪差异不显著(P>0.05),SP组和SPE-A组的肝脏粗脂肪含量显著降低(P<0.05),SPE-B组的肝脏粗蛋白含量和肥满度(CF)显著降低(P<0.05)。因此,在日粮中添加1%SP和0.5%SPE-A可以提高黄颡鱼的生长性能和饲料效率,增强肠胃消化酶活性,改善鱼体生理健康。 This study was to investigate the effects of dietary sargassum powder(SP),sargassum powder extract-A(SPE-A)and sargassum powder extract-B(SPE-B)on growth of yellow catfish.Yellow catfishes with an initial body weight of(14.23±0.06)g were taken as experimental subjects,15%fish meal(FM)was used as control,1%SP(SP group),0.5%SPE-A(SPE-A group)and 1%SPE-B(SPE-B group)were added into the diet,respectively,and four iso-nitrogen and iso-lipid diets were formed.Each group had three replicates,samples were col-lected after eight weeks of cultivation.The resultsshowed that:(1)Compared with FM group,SGRof SP and SPE-A group was increased by 4.19%and 5.24%,respectively,SGR of SPE-B groupwas decreased by 8.38%(P>0.05).Fat retentionrate(FRR)in SPE-B group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).(2)Compared with FM group,ALB,TG and LDL in SP group were significantly in-creased(P<0.05),ALT,AST and ALP activity were significantly decreased(P<0.05),AST activity inSPE-B group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).(3)Compared with FM group,LPS activity in gastrictissues of SP,SPE-A and SPE-B groups were significantly increased(P<0.05);in the intestinal tract,LPS activity of SP group was significantly increased(P<0.05);in the liver tissue,the GSH and MDA ofSP,SPE-A and SPE-B groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),CAT activity and T-AOC in SPE-A and SPE-B groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).(4)There were no significant differences inbody moisture,crude protein and crude fat among experimental groups(P>0.05);in the liver tissue,crude fat content of SP and SPE-A groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05),crude protein and condi-tion factor in SPE-B group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Under the present experimental condi-tions,the supplementation of 1%SP and 0.5%SPE-A in dietary could improve the growth performance,feed efficiency,digestive enzyme activities and physiological health of yellow catfish.
