饲料中添加不同藻粉对非洲王子鱼生长、体色及部分生化指标的影响 被引量:13

Effects of dietary algae Dunaliella salina,Schizochytrium limacinum and Chlorella vulgaris on growth performance,body color and partial biochemical indices of Labidochromis caeruleus

摘要 为研究在饲料中添加不同藻粉对非洲王子鱼Labidochromis caeruleus生长、体色和部分免疫指标的影响,选用体质量为(8.76±0.51)g的非洲王子鱼幼鱼360尾,随机分成4个组,每组设3个重复,每个重复放30尾鱼,分别投喂不添加藻粉(对照)、添加盐藻Dunaliella salina粉、裂壶藻Schizochytrium limacinum粉、小球藻Chlorella vulgaris粉(3种藻粉的添加量均为1%)的试验饲料,进行为期45 d的摄食生长试验。结果表明:饲料中添加1%裂壶藻能有效提高非洲王子鱼的增重率、特定生长率及饲料效率(P<0.05),而盐藻、小球藻对非洲王子鱼生长性能无显著性影响(P>0.05);添加1%裂壶藻后,非洲王子鱼体表b*值和类胡萝卜素含量较对照组均显著升高(P<0.05);添加3种藻粉均能显著降低血清中谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)活力(P<0.05);添加裂壶藻能显著提高肠道中酸性磷酸酶(AKP)、碱性磷酸酶(ACP)活力(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲料中添加适量的裂壶藻可使非洲王子鱼生长、体色和免疫功能达到最佳效果。 A45-day feeding trial was conducted to investigate effects of dietary algae Dunaliella salina,Schizochytrium limacinum and Chlorella vulgaris on growth performance,body color and partial immunity indices of Labidochromis caeruleus.Juvenile Labidochromis caeruleus with body weight of(8.76±0.51)g reared in plastic tanks and fed basal diet as(control group)and diets containing Dunaliella salina,Schizochytrium limacinum and Chlorella vulgaris at a rate of1%with triplication.The results showed that the fish fed diet containing Schizochytrium limacinum had significantly higher weight gain(WG),specific growth rate(SGR)and feed efficiency(FE)compared with the fish in control group(P<0.05),while the fish fed diet containing Dunaliella salina and Chlorella vulgaris had no significant difference in growth performance(P>0.05).The significantly increase in b*value and carotenoid content was observed in skin of the juveniles fed the diet containing1%Schizochytrium limacinum(P<0.05),and significantly lower activities of serum alanine aminotransferase(GPT)and aspartate aminotransferase(GOT)were found in the fish fed the diets supplemented with algae power(P<0.05).There were significantly higher activities of alkaline phosphatase(AKP)and acid alkaline phosphatase(ACP)in the liver of the fish fed the diet containing Schizochytrium limacinum(P<0.05).The findings indicated that dietary Schizochytrium limacinum led to improve the growth performance,body color and immune function of Labidochromis caeruleus.
