摘要
人类对海藻的开发应用由来已久,海藻中生物活性物质—海藻多糖具有多种生物学功能,如增强动物机体免疫能力、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗突变、降血脂等,因此,海藻多糖被广泛应用于医药、食品、饲料、化工等领域。文章着重就海藻多糖的结构和生物学功能的研究进展作一概述,并展望其应用前景。
Polysaccharides extracted from seaweeds is a biological activity substance and has many kinds of biological functions, such as improvement of animal immunity ability, antivirus,antitumour,antimutagenicity,and decline of plasma lipids etc.Seaweed polysaacharides has been applied to medicine,food,feed,chemical industry and so on. This paper mainly summarizes study progress on the structure and biological function of seaweed polysaccharides and prospects its application vistas.
