摘要
全面深化供给侧结构性改革要以实现高质量供给与高质量需求有效对接为目标,应以回应高质量需求为动力引擎,高质量需求源于人民对美好生活的新期待和消费结构升级转换。供给侧结构性、要素性、体制性问题叠加成为供给和需求有效对接的制约因素。应以创造高质量供给为主攻方向,强化高效能制度供给,创新高水平技术供给,扩大高质量产品供给,实现高质量供给和高质量需求有效对接,形成需求牵引供给,供给满足需求的动态平衡。
Comprehensively deepening the supply side structural reform should aim to achieve the effective connection between high-quality supply and high-quality demand.We should take responding to high-quality demand as the driving force.High-quality demand originates from people’s new expectations for a better life and the upgrading and transformation of consumption structure.The superposition of structural,factorial and institutional problems on the supply side has become a constraint for the effective docking between supply and demand.We should focus on creating high-quality supply,strengthen the efficient system supply,innovate high-level technology supply,expand the supply of high-quality products so as to realize the effective docking between high-quality supply and high-quality demand and form a dynamic balance between demand driven supply and supply meeting demand.
