我国深紫外LED高端产业亟待突破 被引量:1

Urgent need to promote the high-end breakthrough of China’s deep UV LED industry

摘要 全球对公共空间和家庭环境的消毒杀菌需求与日俱增,以深紫外LED为代表的新型宽禁带半导体光电器件正成为科技“新触角”,广泛应用于物流、交通、医疗、教育等多个重点行业。深紫外LED作为高效、安全、环保的杀菌消毒方式,将为我国带来千亿元经济效益和长远社会效益。近年来,我国深紫外LED产业持续健康发展,已成为宽禁带半导体技术环节中与国外差距最小的细分领域,但产业高端突破和规模化发展仍存在制约因素。当前,我国深紫外LED发展整体处于市场需求增长期、技术成果转化期和投资运作活跃期相互叠加的重要交汇点,宜坚持“需求牵引、核心突破、全链条发展”原则,加大核心技术研发和成果转化,加快深紫外LED标准体系建设,加强产品应用示范推广,持续推动产业高端突破。 The global demand for disinfection and sterilization of public space and family environment is increasing day by day.The new wide-band-gap semiconductor photoelectric devices represented by deep UV LED are becoming the "new scientific tentacles",which are widely used in logistics,transportation,medical treatment,education and other key industries.As an efficient,safe and environmental friendly sterilization and disinfection method,deep UV LED will bring100 billion yuan of economic and long-term social benefits to China.In recent years,China’s deep UV LED industry has developed continuously and healthily,and has become the subdivision field with the smallest gap with foreign countries in the wide band gap semiconductor technology.However,there are still constraints on the high-end breakthrough and large-scale development of the industry.At present,the overall development of deep UV LED in China is at an important intersection of market demand growth period,technology achievement transformation period and active investment operation period.It is advisable to adhere to the principle of "demand traction,core breakthrough and whole chain development", increase the R & D and achievement transformation of core technology,accelerate the construction of deep UV LED standard system,strengthen product application demonstration and promotion,and continuously promote highend breakthroughs in the industry.
