水性环氧乳化沥青在水泥混凝土桥面防水黏层的应用研究 被引量:11

摘要 为研究水性环氧乳化沥青作为水泥混凝土桥面防水黏层材料的适用性,采用透水试验、拉伸试验、拉拔试验,以及剪切试验,对比了水性环氧乳化沥青与甲基丙烯酸甲酯MMA、环氧树脂2种常见水泥混凝土桥面防水黏层材料的力学性能和经济性;研究了不同水环氧树脂掺量对乳化沥青性能的力学性能影响、不同水环氧乳化沥青涂布量对黏层界面的力学性能影响,以及在不同温度下水环氧乳化沥青自身固化时间的变化规律。试验结果表明:水性环氧乳化沥青的力学强度、变形能力等性能在甲基丙烯酸甲酯MMA和环氧树脂之间且完全满足规范要求,但经济性最好,施工易于操作,和易性好,作为水泥混凝土桥面防水黏结层材料应用效果较佳;水性环氧乳化沥青具有较好的耐高温性能、黏结力和抗破坏能力,推荐水性环氧树脂的最佳掺量范围为30%~40%,水性环氧改性乳化沥青黏层用量范围为0.8~1.4 kg/m^(2)。 In order to study the applicability of water-borne epoxy emulsified asphalt as waterproof and bonding material for cement concrete bridge deck,the mechanical properties and economic efficiency of water-borne epoxy emulsified asphalt,MMA and epoxy resin common cement concrete bridge deck waterproof and bonding layer were compared by water permeability test,tensile test,pull-out test and shear test,and different water epoxy resin content was studied the influence of water epoxy emulsified asphalt coating amount on mechanical properties of adhesive layer interface and the change rule of self curing time of water epoxy emulsified asphalt at different temperatures are discussed.The test results show that the mechanical strength and deformation capacity of water-borne epoxy emulsified asphalt are between MMA and epoxy resin,and fully meet the requirements of the specification,but it has the best economy,easy construction and good workability.As a waterproof and bonding layer material of cement concrete bridge deck,the water-borne epoxy emulsified asphalt has good high temperature resistance and adhesion,the results show that the optimum content of waterborne epoxy resin is 30%~40%,and that of water-borne epoxy modified emulsified asphalt is 0.8~1.4 kg/m^(2).
