园林工程用的高粘剂改性透水沥青制备及性能研究

摘要 为提高园林工程用透水沥青路面的透水性能和耐久性,试验通过适量高炉矿渣等材料替代玄武岩,制备一种透水沥青材料,并掺入高粘剂对其进行改性,研究其性能。结果表明,以高炉矿渣等材料替代玄武岩,有利于提高透水沥青材料的透水性能、水稳定性以及马歇尔稳定度,但会增加膨胀率。试验中,高炉矿渣掺量为80%最佳,此时,透水沥青材料透水系数为为3.21 mm/s,马歇尔稳定度增幅24.9%,冻融前后劈裂抗拉强度分别增幅13.3%、20.0%,膨胀率为0.846%,均符合透水沥青路面的规范要求。另外,Burgers模型表明,高黏剂的添加可以增加透水沥青材料豫迟时间,提高粘弹性。综上,掺80%高炉矿渣的透水沥青材料综合性能良好,可以在园林工程中使用。 In order to improve the permeability and durability of permeable asphalt pavement for landscape engineering,a permeable asphalt material was prepared by replacing basalt with an appropriate amount of steel slag and other materials,and its properties were modified by adding high viscosity agent.The results showed that replacing basalt with steel slag and other materials was beneficial to improve the permeability,water stability and Marshall stability of permeable asphalt materials,but would increase the expansion rate.In the test,the optimal steel slag content was 80%,at this time,the permeability coefficient of the permeable asphalt material was 3.21 mm/s,the Marshall stability increased by 24.9%,the splitting tensile strength before and after freezing and thawing increased by 13.3%and 20.0%,respectively,and the expansion rate was 0.846%,all of which met the specification requirements of permeable asphalt pavement.In addition,the Burgers model showed that the addition of high viscosity could increase the delay time of permeable asphalt materials and improve the viscoelasticity.In summary,the permeable asphalt material mixed with 80%steel slag has good comprehensive properties and can be used in garden engineering.
