水性环氧-乳化沥青及其混合料性能研究 被引量:29

摘要 针对目前冷补沥青混合料存在的黏结性较差、初期强度较低、耐久性不足等问题,采用水性环氧树脂对乳化沥青进行改性,并结合室内试验,对水性环氧改性乳化沥青及其混合料的路用性能进行研究:分析不同水性环氧掺量下乳化沥青的黏度、力学性能、流变性能,并确定水性环氧掺量;确定混合料的设计参数及最佳乳液用量,并测试混合料的高温、低温、水稳定性能。研究表明:水性环氧树脂掺量大于20%时,能显著提高乳化沥青的黏度、黏结强度、高温性能以及耐久性能;相比于同等条件下于的热拌沥青混合料,水性环氧-乳化沥青混合料具有较高的热稳定性、水稳定性,但低温抗弯拉应变较小,抗裂性较差。 In view of the problems such as poor cohesiveness,low initial strength and insufficient durability of the current cold-patching asphalt mixture,the emulsified asphalt was modified by waterborne epoxy resin,and the road performance of waterborne epoxy modified emulsified asphalt and its mixture was studied by laboratory tests. Firstly,the viscosity,mechanical properties and rheological properties of emulsified asphalt with different amount of waterborne epoxy were analyzed,and the amount of waterborne epoxy was determined. Secondly,the design parameters of the mixture and the optimum emulsion dosage were determined,and the high temperature,low temperature performance and water stability of the mixture were tested. The research shows that: when the content of waterborne epoxy resin is more than 20%,the viscosity,adhesive strength, high temperature performance and durability of emulsified asphalt can be improved significantly;compared with the hot mix asphalt mixture under the same conditions,the waterborne epoxy-emulsified asphalt mixture has higher thermal stability and water stability,but the low temperature bending tensile strain is smaller and the crack resistance is poorer.
