摘要
[目的]研究SiO_(2)改性聚合物防水涂料对混凝土性能的影响,为拓宽其应用提供实验依据。[方法]通过考察SiO_(2)改性聚合物防水涂料对混凝土吸水与抗渗性、抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力及碳化深度的影响,探索SiO_(2)改性聚合物防水涂料对混凝土性能的影响机理。[结果]在同一测试时间下,随着SiO_(2)超细粉掺量的不断增大,混凝土的吸水率和氯离子渗透深度呈现出先减小后增大的趋势。当SiO_(2)超细粉的掺量为1.0%时,涂抹SiO_(2)改性聚合物防水涂料的混凝土表现出最好的防水效果。[结论]SiO_(2)改性聚合物防水涂料能在混凝土表面形成一层致密的阻隔层,其防水效果优于未改性的聚合物防水涂料。
[Objective]The effect of SiO_(2)-modified polymer waterproof paint on the waterproof performance of concrete was studied to provide experimental data for broadening its application.[Method]By investigating the influence of SiO_(2)-modified polymer waterproof paint on the water absorption,impermeability,sulfate resistance,and carbonation depth of concrete,the mechanism by which the paint affects the properties of concrete was explored.[Result]Under the same test time,with the increasing of ultrafine SiO_(2)powder content,the water absorption per unit area and chloride ion penetration depth of concrete showed a trend of decreasing initially and then increasing.The polymer paint modified with 1.0%of ultrafine SiO_(2)powder endowed the concrete with the best waterproof performance.[Conclusion]The SiO_(2)-modified polymer waterproof paint can form a compact barrier layer on the surface of concrete,and has better waterproof effect than the unmodified one.
