摘要
通过对天然食用枸杞子黄色素提取条件的研究,在大量实验的基础上,对提取枸杞子黄色素的最佳提取溶剂pH值、溶剂浓度、温度和浸泡时间等条件和方法,确定了最佳方案及工艺流程。
The extracting condition of natural yellow pigment of Chinese medicine fructuslycii is studied.Based on a large amotint of experiments,the optimum extracting solution,pH value, consistency and tamperature of the solution,extracting time as well as the opti-mum processing method are determined for extracting pigment of fructus lycii.
